Ten Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ students and five Swarthmore students took part in an alternative spring break weekend trip of religious encounters, service, and reflection. At Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, the trip was sponsored by the Pensby Center's religious and spiritual life office. The trip was done in partnership with the Interfaith Center of Greater Philadelphia .
Included in the trip was a visit to DePaul House, a transitional housing center in Philadelphia, where participants helped ready the community garden and worked with the DePaul House's professional development office.
